The most common question we hear is some version of: what does it cost to use you, and is the price higher than booking Disney direct?
The short answer
It costs nothing extra, and the price is the same. Disney, Universal, the cruise lines and the resorts pay travel advisors a commission out of their own marketing budget. That commission is built into the published rate whether you use an advisor or not -- so booking direct does not save you money, it just means nobody is advocating for you.
What you actually get
Quotes across multiple resort categories and ticket options so you can compare real numbers. Automatic re-pricing when a new discount drops -- we apply it to your existing reservation. Dining and Lightning Lane strategy for your specific park days. A single point of contact when something goes wrong mid-trip.
When booking direct makes sense
If you are booking a single park ticket, a one-night stay, or you genuinely enjoy managing every detail yourself and monitoring discount releases, direct is fine. There is no penalty either way.
What to watch out for
Some agencies charge planning fees, and some require you to book through a third-party wholesaler. We do neither. You book directly with Disney or the supplier, under your name, and you can always call them yourself.
The honest tradeoff
Advisors are worth the most on complex trips: first Disney visits, multi-park itineraries, cruises, all-inclusives, group trips and multi-generational vacations where the moving parts multiply.
If that sounds like your trip, request a free quote. There is no obligation to book, and no fee if you do.
