How payments work

Cupcake Castles Travel Company does not charge your card directly. When a payment is due, your advisor sends you a secure card authorization link unique to them. You complete the authorization there, and your advisor enters the details into the travel supplier's booking system. The travel supplier is the merchant of record, so charges appear on your statement under the supplier's name, not CCTC.
